Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Payment is accepted via the secure methods provided at checkout. Prices may change without notice, but confirmed orders will be honoured at the purchase price.

Copyright & Reproduction

All artworks, prints, images and written content on this website remain the copyright of Shaun Weston. Purchase of an artwork or print does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights. Please do not reproduce, copy or distribute images without permission.

Colour & Display

Every effort is made to represent colours accurately, but variations may occur depending on your screen or device. If you’d like to confirm colour or material details before purchasing, please get in touch.

Limited Editions

Prints are produced in limited editions where specified. Edition numbers and certificates are included with your order.

Shipping & Delivery

Processing Times

Orders are typically packed and dispatched within 2–4 business days. Framed works or special packaging may take up to 7 business days, and I’ll contact you if additional time is required.

Shipping Methods

All parcels are sent via Australia Post or a trusted courier with tracking. You’ll receive tracking details via email once your order has shipped.

Delivery Estimates

Within Australia: 3–10 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are a guide only and may vary depending on your location, courier schedules or public holidays. Most Australian orders arrive within 1–3 weeks from the time of purchase.

Need it sooner?

If you require your purchase by a particular date, please get in touch before placing your order. Delivery can often be coordinated within a shorter timeframe.

Pick-Up or Local Delivery

Pick-up or hand delivery may also be possible for the Brisbane and Moreton Bay area - please enquire before purchasing to confirm availability and timing. If local delivery is arranged, works will be packaged securely and a convenient time coordinated directly.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is included for all Australian orders, unless otherwise stated in the product description. For works requiring special handling or oversized packaging, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Each artwork or print is carefully packed using quality protective materials to ensure safe delivery.

International Orders

International shipping isn’t currently available through the online store. If you’re located outside Australia and are interested in purchasing a work, please contact me directly to discuss options and quotes.

Loss or Damage in Transit

All items are packed securely. If your parcel arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact me promptly so I can lodge a claim and resolve the issue.

Returns & Refunds

Each artwork and print is created, packed and shipped with care.

Change of Mind

Refunds or exchanges are not offered for change of mind. Please choose carefully and feel free to contact me before purchasing if you’d like more details, photos or framing advice.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

In line with Australian Consumer Law, you’re entitled to a replacement or refund if an item is faulty, damaged or significantly different from its description. If your artwork or print arrives damaged, please email me within 7 days of delivery with your order details, photos of the item and packaging, and a brief description of the issue. I’ll work with you to arrange a repair, replacement or refund where appropriate.

Original Artworks

Each original piece is unique. While surface irregularities and material textures are part of the artwork, I guarantee it will be professionally presented and true to its description.

Prints

Prints are carefully colour-matched to the original work. Please note that slight variation in tone or texture may occur due to different screen settings or print/production processes. Because of these inherent variations, refunds are not available for minor colour or tone differences.

Return Shipping

If a return is approved, I’ll provide instructions for secure packaging and return postage. Please retain your proof of postage or tracking details.
