Framing: This work is sold unframed. It is stretched over a timber frame and ready to hang, with painted edges that allow it to be displayed without framing. If preferred, a simple timber float frame could be added independently.
Collector’s note: Each work is created with careful attention to material, process, and longevity. Fabrics and wallpapers are often vintage but unused (including Surface Deep), sourced from long-held collections such as closed shops and family holdings. Materials are chosen for their texture and capacity to hold paint, as well as for pattern, colour, and their association with a particular time period and the domestic. As with all original artworks, display out of direct sunlight.
